The 42-hectare park of Clemenswerth Castle and Lake Raddesee are just a few minutes’ walk away. Many hiking and biking trails pass right by the Sögel holiday home area.<br><br>This cosy, non-smoking house offers 70 m² of living space, including two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, kitchenette, and microwave. Relax in the living room or enjoy the fresh forest air and idyllic tranquility in the garden with its terrace.<br><br>Start your day with breakfast on the terrace, surrounded by the gentle sounds of nature, and set off right from your front door on unforgettable hikes and bike rides through the surrounding forests.
