This Brookeland farmhouse boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, including 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, and a child’s fold out bed along with a pack and play. Guests can unwind in one of the 3 bathrooms, each featuring a shower and or bathtub. The fantastic upstairs living area offers a cozy sofa bed, perfect for relaxing evenings or a great place for the kids. With heating and air conditioning, comfort is always within reach. A covered grilling deck and fire pit with Adirondack chairs is yours to enjoy. There is ample parking with an oversized 2 car carport. Whether you’re gathering with family or enjoying a quiet retreat, this welcoming farmhouse provides a marvelous setting for your getaway. Lake access is across the street thru owners property where there is a boat dock and room to play in the lake. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at Lakeway Lookout.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable home in a great location at Sam Rayburn. The house was even better than we expected, and the hospitality was outstanding.

We absolutely loved everything about this property at Sam Rayburn. The driveway was large enough for more than two boats and two trucks and the carport was perfect protection to work on our boats and fishing gear. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space for cooking and relaxing and the indoor space for its amenities and coziness. This is a great Sam Rayburn house and we look forward to returning.
