Serviceable. 30 minutes away from everything and there are some very minor issues with things in the house. Overall it was really good and the owner was great and had great communication with me.

Private parking in front.. fully renovated!

What makes this property unique

My property is unique because guests have a private unit in front to themselves... There is a laundry unit / room out back that is shared with tenants. Many properties in San Diego have 4+ units on the property.
