Maissonette apartment with a view of the old town

Our like-new duplex holiday apartment with lattice windows is located on the second floor and offers a great view of the Old Town. It features a new built-in kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, as well as all the standard appliances. The cosy living-dining room features a dining table with four chairs, a couch, and a TV. The spacious and bright bathroom includes a sink with a shelf and bathroom cabinets, a bathtub and shower, a toilet, a washing machine, and a window. Four guests can comfortably stay in the two bedrooms: a modern box-spring bed (2 x 2 metres) with a closet and a double bed on the separate mezzanine level leave nothing to be desired. In addition, a rollaway bed for a baby or toddler can be requested. There is ample space for a coat rack in the hallway. From here, a wooden staircase leads up to the mezzanine level. A parking space is available in the fenced-in courtyard. E-bikes and touring bikes can also be stored here. An e-bike charging station is located nearby, right on the market square. The total amount must be paid via bank transfer no later than 4 weeks before arrival. Security deposit of 100 EUR. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. If a cancellation is made up to 14 days before arrival, 50 percent of the total price will be charged. For later cancellations, 90 percent of the total price will be charged. Check-in is from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. A cot or rollaway bed is available upon request. Breakfast can be booked as an add-on. A “gourmet breakfast” is available in the holiday rental for 12.50 EUR per person or at the on-site bakery café (order from the menu). The city’s public Wi-Fi is available in the holiday rental.
