➤ Is the wellness & meeting room fully equipped?
Yes! Our yoga room is stocked with yoga mats, blocks, blankets for up to 30 ppl. For your Corporate retreat, we have a full wall whiteboard, portable large TV for presentations, extra chairs for up to 30 ppl, and high speed internet.
➤ Is the kitchen fully stocked?
Yes! The kitchen is equipped with all cooking essentials including stainless steel appliances, baking sheets, knives, seasonings, and thoughtful extras. A limited supply of whole bean coffee and tea is provided.
➤ Will we have the entire property to ourselves if we only need one unit?
Yes! When you rent the property, it is yours alone. No one else will be on or have access to the property during your stay
➤ Is this home family and dog friendly?
Absolutely! Please request prior to booking for special accommodations. Due to allergies, unfortunately we cannot allow cats.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to the entire 62-acre property. The only area not included is the caretaker’s private residence. Our onsite caretaker also serves as our in-house chef and can prepare meals and coffee for you and your group. They live on the property and are available as support throughout your stay, while always respecting your privacy.
The Neighborhood:
While many guests choose to stay fully immersed on the property, the surrounding area offers easy access to some of the Hudson Valley’s most loved destinations, including Inness, the hamlet of Kerhonkson and Accord for groceries and cafés, the trails and lakes of Minnewaska State Park Preserve, the carriage roads and climbing routes of Mohonk Preserve, spa and dining experiences at Mohonk Mountain House, the shops and restaurants of New Paltz, and the pastoral setting of Wildflower Farms.
