Beautiful villa / beautiful location

We used the property as a base for visits throughout Switzerland and northern Italy. Great views. Marble throughout. Easy access to highways. Loved the pool. Hosts were great too, very helpful!

I highly recommend this house! The house was beautiful! We had three large bedrooms, lower level with lake and mountain views from each bedroom as well as from the Living/dinning room. There was a very nice pool outside with access through the living room. The kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking pans and utensils we needed for cooking. The host gave us her phone number, we called once with a question and she answered right away. There was is street parking for two cars.The furniture was modern and rooms were nicely decorated. Bedrooms are air conditioned with separate units in each bedroom. There are 2 full bath rooms downstairs and a bathroom upstairs with towels were provided by the host.The house was very clean.Down the steps from the house to the lake is a very nice bakery. Steps are steep and it take about 10 minutes or so to get down to the lake. Alternatively, you can drive down.House is conveniently located only about a 15 minute drive to the city of Lugano, where there is a casino, and a good choice of nice restaurants, grocery stores, etc. There was a small high end grocery store in Bissone where the house is located which in addition to having grocery items also it also had some delicious prepared foods.

Amazing views and beautiful walks

This property was in a wonderful, quiet location, easy walk to the cafe for breakfast and coffee. The walk back is straight up though, so be prepared. Great host and comfortable property. Convenient access to train stop, ferry stop, small town and casino to the North, Lugano is 15 minute drive. Como is 35-45 minutes. MXP is 45-60 minutes.

This is a very well equipped house - perhaps the best of 20 places I have stayed. It is also spotlessly clean.Unfortunately, we arrived during a heat wave and, due to Swiss restrictions on AC, only the lower (bedroom) level is air conditioned. The main floor is not air conditioned and was uncomfortable even with all of the window shutters closed all the time. Fortunately the pool and outdoor spaces were very nice.

A beautiful villa with amazing views

We had a great week in Bissone. We were unlucky that it was very hot, so we found it hard to sleep well. But apart from that, the place was fantastic. They might need to invest in air conditioning at some point, because the place was impossible to get cool. But it was an extreme week, so hopefully it doesn’t happen too often.

Pool was wonderful during the heat wave. AC only in the bedrooms but it made sleeping nice.A lot of space to sit or dine with a group or family.A lot of steps to get up to the house which can be difficult with luggage but the house was worth the hike up!

Everything was as promised. Very clean and the view of the lake and the pool was truly amazing. Every kitchen item you could think of was there and appliances were top of the line. There were also floats for the pool. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms had AC. The Swiss do not allow AC upstairs so ask hosts about how best to deal with heat. We met them and they were so kind. Only caution, if health prevents you from lots of stairs be prepared to Uber. (Price you pay for the incredible view. )Very easy to get one. The village of Bissone was charming!

Zunächst einmal ist Frau Steiner eine zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir haben im Vorfeld telefoniert und sie stand zur Klärung von Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das Haus selbst ist schon älter aber in großen Teilen im Innenbereich modernisiert. Der neue Pool ist sehr schön, die Aussichtsterrasse ein Traum. Das Haus ist sehr schön und wertig eingerichtet mit liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns im Haus wohlgefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein Badezimmer ist komplett und neu modernisiert - ein anderes Bad ist noch im unsanierten Zustand. Das Haus ist geräumig. Die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert, der Wohnbereich aber nicht. Das war für uns kein Problem, da die Aussentemperaturen bei unserem Aufenthalt unter 30 Grad lagen. Für den Einkauf ist ein Coop in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Lage des Hauses ist für die Erkundung des Luganer Sees und des Lago Maggiore gut gelegen. Durch die Autobahnbrücke, die über den Luganer See führt, waren Autogeräusche, wahrnehmbar. Aber eben durch diese Brücke ist die Verkehrsanbindung so gut. Bis Lugano, eine sehr schöne Stadt, waren es nur wenige Autominuten. Es gibt einen Parkplatz und eine Garage am Haus. Wir können den Aufenthalt im Haus empfehlen.

Alles Hervorragend!

Super schönes Ferienhaus mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht. Passt alles perfekt! Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum. Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Gastgeberin Frau Steiner ist auch sehr nett und unkompliziert und war auch immer erreichbar. Danke nochmals für alles Frau Steiner. Ich kann dieses Haus jedem weiterempfehlen. Vielleicht bis Bald mal wieder in der Villa Perita.

Lac Lugano

Ville de Lugano à proximité très intéressante. Emplacement du logement à Bissone est fonctionnel avec espace de stationnement efficace Vue sur lac ET autoroute à proximité. En été, plus de ventilateur serait approprié pour compenser l'absence d'air conditionné. Problème avec le ménage et entretien non fait à notre arrivée mais correction rapide de la part du propriétaire. Grille pain non inclus, tapis dans les chambres.
