Cozy vacation apartment with terrace and pool

Our cosy holiday rental, with 85 m² of living space, can accommodate up to 6 people. The living area, featuring a couch and dining area, is perfect for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchenette, complete with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, has everything you could need. A private phone line is available. The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. All mattresses were replaced in 2021 (including Emma One). For babies, essential items such as a cot, high chair, and rocking horse are provided. The spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub rounds out the overall experience. To wash your clothes, a washing machine is available in the apartment, and a dryer is available in the building for a fee. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden. The garden pool features a retractable roof and a counter-current system. From May/June through September/October, the pool is heated by solar panels. Animal lovers will enjoy our free-roaming cats, a horse that is no longer suitable for riding, three turtles, and fish. Welcome to Haus Ruhland! Families and seniors alike will find the peace and relaxation they need here. Enjoy the unobstructed view of meadows and forests, and leave your everyday worries behind. For the adventurous, a visit to the large amusement park near Cham or a water park is a great option. Culture lovers will also find plenty to enjoy, as there are many museums and glassblowing workshops worth visiting in the area. Animal lovers are sure to be delighted by the horses right next to the property. Take advantage of our proximity to the Czech Republic (approx. 15 km) for some affordable shopping. The bus tours to Prague or Karlovy Vary are also highly recommended. Sports enthusiasts are strongly encouraged to go on a bike tour. Furthermore, there are many marked hiking trails, and the forest is right nearby for mushroom hunting or berry picking. Skiers will also find plenty to enjoy. In Waldmünchen (approx. 15 km), there is a lift for beginners as well as one for advanced skiers. For true pros, a run down the Arber is, of course, a must. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts will find groomed trails around Silbersee, in Rötz (approx. 13 km), Schönsee (13 km), and in Waldmünchen. If you’d like to make your own tracks, you can start right outside the apartment. A prepayment of up to 50% may be charged after booking. Bed linens and towels are included. Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee of 5 per day.
