Clean and family friendly location. Stay was wonderful and location very quiet and peaceful. It was located close to the highway, so some highway noise. I will look to book here again if/when I return to the area.

This unit was clean and cozy. The host did try to accommodate, but did not make the rental agreement available for review until right before our check-in date, and only then told us we have to bring our own water for consumption (not mentioned in the description). Several things in the description we felt were misleading. There is no peaceful view of the Arbuckle Mountains-unless you enjoy seeing them in the distance with the noise and heavy traffic of I-35 in the foreground. The wifi is not fast (as a review said), TV has limited available channels and, when signed into our HBO/Max personal account, it buffered for 30-45 seconds every few minutes. The "full kitchen" is a sink, microwave, coffee pot and fridge. The "king bed" is maybe a queen and felt more like a full. The highway noise at night was somewhat mitigated by the loud AC unit situated directly above our bed (it did cool nicely). They only provide one roll of TP for the entire stay; 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth/bath towel per person. For a 3-night stay! My request for more was denied, saying that is what is allowed. So unless you're OK using reusing the same washcloth/towel for days, pack your own. And throw some TP in your suitcase. I have sent the host a message detailing these and a few more issues; hopefully the owner will -as she said- make some improvements soon. Oh, and watch the front steps - they're uneven and tricky. We left a day early to stay somewhere we could get some sleep and clean towels.
