Property owner was quick to respond which was helpful. However, we were instructed to not flush any toilet paper and on the third day the city utility truck shut the water off for nonpayment.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear our communication was helpful during your stay, but I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Regarding the water service, there was an unexpected issue with the city’s recent billing system transition that caused a payment to be misapplied between accounts. As soon as we were notified, we resolved it immediately, and service was restored in under two hours. We understand how disruptive this can be and are taking steps to ensure it does not happen again. As for the toilet paper guidance, this is noted in our house rules due to prior plumbing issues caused by improper items being flushed (such as wipes and excessive paper). We aim to prevent disruptions for all guests and keep the plumbing system functioning properly. We sincerely apologize again for any inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can continue improving the guest experience.

We had a great stay! The home is in a quiet neighborhood close to 820 which makes it easy to navigate the metroplex. The house is incredibly spacious perfect if you’re traveling with a big group. The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. The fully fenced backyard is a huge plus, especially if you’re bringing dogs along like we did. They had plenty of room to run around and play. We didn’t need to reach out to the host for anything during our stay, but they still checked in to make sure everything was going well, which we appreciated.Highly recommend this property if you want a roomy, comfortable home base in a peaceful area!
