About this property

Modern and quiet vacation apartment

Our house, which includes a holiday rental, is located about 3 km from the Neuwied/Willroth highway exit in Straßenhaus/Jahrsfeld.

The holiday rental is situated in a low-traffic area. A large supermarket with a bakery is about a 500-meter walk away.

The apartment, located in the basement (approx. 30 m²), is equipped with:

- Living room/bedroom with a pull-out couch (dimensions 160x200, spring mattress), satellite TV

- Kitchen with modern built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, stove with ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and other kitchen utensils

- Bathroom with shower, hair dryer

- Terrace with seating

- Other: Wi-Fi, towels, and bed linens

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment. An ashtray is available on the terrace.

The town of Straßenhaus is located in the Westerwald between Neuwied and Altenkirchen, right next to the A3. You can quickly reach Neuwied or Koblenz via the B 256. Via the nearby A3 highway, you can quickly head towards Cologne or Frankfurt. In Straßenhaus itself, you’ll find a large supermarket, doctors, a pharmacy, a butcher shop, and a post office.
