Located in historic downtown Sandusky with a short walk to many restaurants, bars, shopping, marina, parks, and Ferry's to the islands. You are able to walk to the ferry's that travel to Put-in-Bay, Cedar Point, and Kelley's Island. The condo is located in a private gated community. Cedar Point and Sports Force are only 4 miles from the condo. Kalahari is only 7 miles from the condo. Dockage is available at Paper District Marina right next door.

Guests have access to the entire condo.

This stylish appointed condo features 1 private bedroom with a queen bed and 2 pull out full size sofa bed couches in the living room. This condo can fit up to 6 people comfortably. The master bedroom is very inviting as it has an industrial feel as the back wall is completely brick. Wake up on the 2 full size sofa bed couches in the living room to stunning views of Cedar Point and Lake Erie as you gaze through the huge patio windows.

This living room is an open-concept area with a TV with Roku streaming device and comfy seating area, perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a long day of excitement. Our fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. It features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, plus cookware and utensils that you may need. Enjoy your meals while watching the amazing views of the water.

The highlight of the condo is the private patio where you can step out and relax while sipping your morning coffee as it overlooks the scenic lake and Cedar Point's impressive skyline. It is a perfect spot for relaxing!

The outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal and they are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this could vary depending on temperatures.

A coffee maker is available in the condo, but no coffee is provided.

There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the condo. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.

There are credit card washer and dryers in the building for guests to use.

The building complex does not permit parking for trailers, boats, RV's, or other oversized vehicles. There is a public parking lot nearby for them, but it is not gated or monitored.

Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions.

Guests should put patio cushions away in the storage box on the patio when they are not using them.

Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. Security camera/recording device are in the hallways and exterior of the building complex are video recorded. No recording devices are inside the unit.
