Beautiful traditional property

Pros: The pool and barbeque facilities were excellent and the there is ample outdoor space to enjoy in the summer Cons: The property is located a little away from amenities but no issues if you have a car

Abseits von Felanitx, sehr angenehme und ruhige Resthofidylle.

Pros: Großer und gut gepflegter Pool, das großzügige Bauernhaus ist in top Zustand und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Super freundliche Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar ist und für jedes „Problem“ eine Lösung hat - herzlichen Dank! Einige sehr gute Restaurants und die schönsten Buchten der Ostküste in der näheren Umgebung. Cons: Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, muss sich an die Glocken und die Rufe der etlichen Schafe auf der Finca erst einmal gewöhnen - nach ein paar Tagen für uns und unsere vier Kinder aber kein Problem. Bei Temperaturen über 35 Grad wird bemerkbar, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist - darunter aber kein Problem.

Sehr ruhig, schöne Umgebung

Pros: Die Gastgeberin ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Finca ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist schön. Eine offener Grillraum ist sehr praktisch, wenn das Wetter mal nicht passt. Die Ausstattung mit Küchengeräten ist komplett. Die Doppelbetten sind sehr bequem. Sehr ruhig, man hört nur Schafe. Cons: Die beiden Einzelbetten sind relativ kurz und haben keine guten Matratzen.

Pros: Das Haus liegt allein in der gruenen Natur, volle Privatsphäre auch am Grossen Pool , Schafe in der Nachbarschaft , herrlich zur Vogelbeobachtung, ein grosser "Festsaal" steht zusätzlich zur Verfuegung. Die Dame des Hauses war äußerst zuvorkommend. Wir koennen das Haus sehr empfehlen! Cons: Die Kueche ist etwas klein und dunkel.

Pros: Sehr schöne ruhige Lage in der Natur, trotzdem schnell in Stadt/Einkaufsmöglichkeut. Schönes liebevoll gepflegtes Ensemble. Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit schönem Pool und Schattenmöglichleit. Sehr nette Vermieter die sich kümmern und gut erreichbar sind. Meine Familie mit großen Kindern und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros: Fantastische Lage der Finca, ein wunderschönes Grundstück mit Bäumen und Pflanzen, mit fantastischem Pool und Barbecue, sehr sauber, abseits und ruhig und man ist trotzdem schnell in allen Richtungen unterwegs! Die Vermieterin Catalina, ist ein Goldstück und immer zu erreichen! Das Grundstück ist unglaublich gross, Schafe und Lämmchen befinden sich direkt abgezäunt um das Grundstück herum. „Sa Clota Nova“ ist ein wahres Paradies!!! Der LIDL Felanitx ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und da gibt es wirklich alles supergünstig, was man zur Selbstverpflegung braucht! Alles in allem 10 Sterne ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
