Gorgeous property just as pictured in the listing. The location is ideal—literally just steps from the beach and a couple blocks to Siesta Key Village. Our host Jennifer could not have been more responsive. I think she’s on call 24/7. Any request or question we had was answered within a few minutes. I highly recommend this property and Jennifer!

This property was the perfect location to the beach literally across the street with views of the ocean from several rooms. The shops and restaurants in the downtown area are close within a short walk. The amount of room and the patio and pool area were great for our stay. There was a few things that needed attention from our stay that the owner was going to have fixed or cleaned. I would love to stay at this location again.

Absolute Paradise - Best Location on Siesta Key! We just finished a two week long stay at this direct beachfront home and it was nothing short of amazing! The location is truly unbeatable—just steps from the front door onto the powdery white sand of Siesta Key. We woke up to gulf views every morning and enjoyed the most incredible sunsets from the front deck. The home is on the North side of the island, away from the major, resort style rentals of the South side - truly this location is perfect!The home itself was in excellent condition and beautifully styled. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, with all the dishware and utensils needed to feed a large group. The pool deck and outside space were well-maintained and surrounded by landscaping to give privacy.The property manager, Jennifer, made check-in easy. Jennifer is one if the most proactive, attentive, and responsive hosts our family has experienced. We intend on booking with Jennifer repeatedly as an excellent host can make or break the rental experience. A huge bonus was the provided beach amenities (towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon), which saved us from having to bring our own. It is also an easy 3 block walk into Siesta Key Village for dining and shopping, yet far enough away for total peace and quiet at night. Highly recommend!
