Clean, comfortable, welcoming

Clean, comfortable, welcoming. Host quick to answer messages before our stay and requests while we were there. Easy access to supermarkets, and to public transport, linking with wonderful network of cable cars. Glorious area with lots of scope for hiking and plenty of fun and creatively presented facilities for children.

"Auszeit"

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung mit großem Balkon und Bergblick sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Inhaberin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Tage sind viel zu schnell vergangen und wir haben beschlossen schnell wieder zu kommen. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, sauber und hat alles was wir zur Erholung bruchten. Weiter so und liebe Grüße von der Ostsee.

Falsche Inseratbeschreibung und daraufhin unfreundliche Gastgeberin

Circa drei Stunden vor unserer Ankunft bekamen wir die Info, dass wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen (aber angeblich genau gleich). Als wir ankamen haben wir zunächst unser Gepäck in der Wohnung abgestellt und sind einkaufen gegangen. Erst als wir wieder kamen und uns die Wohnung genauer angesehen haben stellten wir fest, dass sie kein Sofa besaß, obwohl dies online angegeben ist und auch auf den Fotos klar ersichtlich ist. Als wir die Vermieterin daraufhin danach gefragt haben, gab sie uns trotzig zu verstehen, dass wir die Wohnung bei Ankunft ja gesehen hätten und ohne Sofa einverstanden waren. Stattdessen hatte die Wohnung nämlich ein drittes Bett. Die eigentliche Wohnung wurde anders vermietet und uns deshalb ausgeredet mit Aussagen wie „die Wohnungen haben sowieso alle den gleichen schnitt/ sind alle gleich“ oder „auf dem Sofa kann man nicht zu dritt sitzen“ bzw. „Dort würde höchstens ein Kind schlafen können.“ An der stelle: die Wohnung ist eigentlich für bis zu 4 Erwachsene vermietet worden… Die unterschiedlichen Aussagen waren, wie wir später feststellten, gelogen. Wir haben nämlich die Wohnung zweier Nachbarn gesehen, die jeweils über ein (groß genuges) Sofa verfügten. Wir haben sie dann gebeten, doch die Wohnung zu wechseln (ca. 2 Stunden nach Einzug) und sie stritt die Situation komplett ab und gab uns als einzige Option für 100€ (doppelte Endreinigungsgebühr) einen Wohnungswechsel in Erwägung zu ziehen. Nach längerer Diskussion und wenig Kooperationswillen der Vermieterin konnten wir endlich erreichen, dass sie uns zwei weitere Sessel zusagte, die sie am nächsten Tag vorbeibringen wollte. Sie stellten sich als gepolsterte Stühle heraus, aber wir haben dann mit der Situation abgeschlossen. Insgesamt war unsere Erfahrung mit der Gastgeberin nicht gut und wir fühlten uns angelogen. Wir werden nicht erneut hierher kommen und können dies auch anderen nicht empfehlen. Bezüglich der Sauberkeit: An mehreren Stellen war der Dreck der Vorgänger vorhanden und auf dem Bettzeug waren mehrere kleine Blutflecken. Daher ebenfalls nur 2 Sterne.

Das ist so nicht richtig.Es waren drei Erwachsene Männer denen ich Angeboten habe eine andere Wohnung zu nehmen wo ein richtiges drittes Bett im Wohnbereich war und sie waren durchaus gleich einverstanden. Sie hätten auch gerne die andere Wohnung haben können. Dann sind sie eingezogen und um halb neun Uhr Abends kommen Sie und sagen sie möchten jetzt doch die andere Wohnung.Mittlerweise haben sie aber in der Wohnung schon gekocht und gegessen. Natürlich war das nicht mehr möglich und ich sagte ihnen,daß sie jetzt nicht mehr wechseln können. In dieser Zeit wo sie hier waren,hatten sie auf der Terrasse überall leere Bierflaschen und Alkoholische Getränke stehen. Die Wohnung haben sie sehr schmutzig hinterlassen. Ich würde sie auf keinen fall mehr als meine Gäste nehmen. Dazu möchte ich noch sagen,daß ich seid vielen Jahren vermiete und ich immer für die Sauberkeit meiner Wohnungen gelobt wurde!!!!!!!
