The house is situated in an urban neighborhood only a mile from the heart of downtown Sandusky. Most of the neighbors are full-time residents. The house sits on a street that sees a lot of pedestrian and automotive traffic. It is a main road into Sandusky and gives guests easy access to Cedar Point, Sport Force, and Lake Erie Islands.

Located in the heart of downtown Sandusky, this 3 bedroom 1 bathroom modern and cozy home is ideal for small families. Enjoy free on street parking, a grassy back lot with cement area, and a relaxing front porch deck. Inside features an open floor plan with comfortable living space, dining area, and modern kitchen. Kids will love the Mario-themed playroom with bunk beds, a Nintendo Switch, and a second TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed. A washer and dryer is available for your convenience during your stay.

** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.
