The house affords a fantastic view and is suitable for a maximum of four people. The terrace faces south and affords a view of the valley and the village of Husen, as it is free of trees and bushes. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers, so no pets are allowed. It is possible to hire e-bikes by the day or week for a fee.

It is possible to rent e-bikes, per day or week, for a fee.

There are plenty of cycle paths in the area, suitable also for e-bikes. The town of Paderborn is easily accessible by bicycle. There is much to see in the area including castles and fortresses. The area also lends itself well to day trips. It is also a great hiking area.
