Keine Ruhe in der Umgebung

Im Inserat heißt es man wohnt in absoluter Ruhe. Links und rechts am Grundstück angrenzend befinden sich Baustellen, von absoluter Ruhe kann hier keine Rede sein. Den ganzen Samstag Musiklärm vom Nachbargrundstück, Lärm vom Holz sägen etc. etc. Wie gesagt, von absoluter Ruhe ist man weit entfernt. Man hat auch keinen Zugang zu allen Räumlichkeiten ausser einem kleinen Raum im Obergeschoß so wie es im Inserat beschrieben wird. Wenn man als Vermieter wünscht dass das Objekt bei Abreise besenrein übergeben wird, wäre ein Besen von Vorteil. So muss man nicht ständig den Staubsauger nutzen. Die WC-Spülung im Obergeschoss funktioniert nur bedingt.
