A new built dwelling house in sunny hillside situation - holiday apartment for 4 people - equipped with 2 double rooms, BATH / WC and kitchen-living room with SAT/TV and balcony - very comfortably with a lot of wood furnished - view roof framework, parquet floor, dishwasher - miraculous view of the Zillertaler mountain world. Good starting point for wanderings and bicycle tours. Ski cellar with ski shoe dryer available. Ski bus stop directly behind the house and drives to the local ski area Zillertal arena. Bread roll service, enough parking bay. Cross-country skiing cross-country trail begins near the house.

Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut geeignet für Familienurlaub. Saubere gepflegte Wohnung. Freibad,Minigolf und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Fahrräder könnten in der Garage untergestellt werden.

Schöne FeWo in Zell am Ziller

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Zell am Ziller. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Sehr hell und freundlich. Zentrum ist in 15 min fußläufig erreichbar. Skibus hält direkt hinter dem Haus. Gerne bei Gelegenheit wieder!

Excellent location at zell am ziller.

Good access to : Town (groceries, ski rentals, restaurants, etc.), zillertall banhof, ski bus, etc. Martina is always available and friendly. Wish it had a clothes washing machine in the unit.

Ein toller Aufenthalt im Landhaus Sonnblick!

Wir haben 2 Wochen die Wohnung Gerlosstein im Souterrain bewohnt. Wir sind sehr freundlich von unserer Gastgeberin empfangen worden und haben haben die Wohnung absolut sauber und gepflegt vorfinden dürfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass wir das Pech hatten, dass irgendwo in der Nähe aktuell eine größere Baustelle ist, so dass durch die direkte Straßenlage unter der Woche gefühlt im Minutentakt LKWs am Haus vorbeigefahren sind. Ansonsten ist die Lage toll, vor allem der Ausblick von der großzügigen Terrasse ist traumhaft! Ein paar kleinere Verbesserungsvorschläge wären: - Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten in den Schlafräumen - eine Mikrowelle - stabileres WLAN Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeberin - wir kommen gerne wieder!
