Located at walking distance from all Historic and popular sites - Plaza de Armas, Paseo de La Princesa, SJ Cruise Port, El Morro, San Cristobal castle and many others.



Newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment combining historic building scent with modern style. The only building with elevator at the street!



The high ceilings and spacious space makes this place feels breathtaking and unique. If you're visiting for vacations or for work, this is the best place!



The kitchen is equipped with utensils, pan, plates, cups, coffee maker, toaster and anything you need to make yourself a delicious meal. The grocery store it just 4min walk.





The beds are set with high-quality sheets to offer the most comfortable sleep. We provide bathroom towels for every guest.



Please note this is an interior apartment with no balcony and/or windows.



We are available 24/7 via phone or Airbnb app. We also live 30min away from the property which in case of emergency or urgency we are able to be there.



The location is privileged! The best restaurants and bars just few min walk - coffee shops, authentic and unique bars, restaurants, jewelry stores, cozy boutiques, grocery stores, in summary all you need just a few steps away.



Most popular sites and things to do in old San Juan are walking distance. The SJU airport is only 15min ride and you can get to the place easily with uber or taxi.



For getting around to Condado, Miramar and Isla Verde you can do it by uber or public transportation.



If you plan to go around the island, I'll recommend renting a car.



There is laundry at the building, coin operated, and it costs $2 for washing machine and $2 for dryer.
