About this property

Chalet #1 with IR-sauna, indoor whirlpool and outdoor whirlpool

On 120 m² the solid wood construction chalet offers space for up to 11 people. The cottage has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower and a balcony. 2x bedroom with double bed, 1x bedroom with double bed and single bed, 1x bedroom with 2 bunkbeds. For the cozy end of the day, the chalet provides an infrared sauna, and a round whirlpool.

The open kitchen is fully equipped: cutlery and (cooking) utensils are provided, a ceramic hob, oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment are also part of the equipment, as well as a toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

A small ALPS RESORTS starter set with dishwasher tabs, dishwashing detergent (sample), sponges, garbage bags, cleaning cloth and tea towel is ready upon your arrival.

WLAN is free of charge, satellite TV.

Eine tolle Zeit auf der Turracher Höhe

Mein Mann und ich haben uns den Luxus gegönnt und 1 Woche Urlaub an der Turracher Höhe genossen - unser Gesamteindruck war grundsätzlich sehr positiv und die Gegend und auch das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und liebevoll dekoriert. Da wir am Wochenende abends kurz vor Schließen der Rezeption eingecheckt haben, konnten wir dann abends leider niemanden mehr erreichen. Zu unserem Schrecken wurde wohl "übersehen" das Haus zu putzen, was dazu geführt hat, dass wir anstatt den Abend in Ruhe zu genießen, erst einmal die wichtigen Dinge wie WC und Co geputzt haben, um überhaupt das Haus wirklich nutzen zu können. Am nächsten Tag jedoch konnten wir noch Rücksprache mit dem Manager eine Lösung finden, für welche wir sehr dankbar waren :) Also alles in allen eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung für uns! Sie haben ja die Kontaktdaten der Bucher des Hauses. Leider wurden wir zB nicht über eine längere Stromabschaltung aufgrund von Bauarbeiten informiert, was dann mitunter zu nicht gerade lustigen Situationen führen kann (zB wenn man noch gemütlich duscht und dann keinen Föhn mehr nutzen kann, weil stundenlang kein Strom da ist). Hier wäre es vom Service her ja wirklich leicht möglich, den betreffenden Häusern ein E-Mail zu schicken und sie zu informieren. Vielen Dank!

Besonders nett fanden wir, dass Frau Maria W. von Alps Residenz sich persönlich überezugte, dass alles passt. Ein tolles Service, dass wir gerade wegen der Corona Einschränkungen sehr schätzten. Gratulation zu solchen Mitarbeitern. Leider geht aus der Beschreibung der Chalets nicht genau hervor, ob in dem jeweiligen Chalet Infrarot Kabine oder Sauna vorhanden ist. Somit wird man bei Ankunft überrascht.
