Kras

Kras is a village of the island of Krk, located in the Dobrinj municipality. It is approximately equally distant from the coastal settlements of Malinska, Šilo and Vrbnik - a short drive away. There are 227 inhabitants in the Kras area.
Kras was first mentioned in 1230. In the past it was a larger and more populated place (over 700 inhabitants in the first half of the 20th century), but the population decreased with emigration from the island.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben 8 erholsame, schöne und gesellige Tage in der super ausgestatteten Villa Kamenica in Kras verbracht. Die Villa liegt schön ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb 15 Minuten in sämtlichen größeren Städten. Die Villa ist sehr sauber, die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Für uns war alles perfekt und wir hatten alles und mehr was man im Urlaub benötigt. Alle Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage sowie ein separates Badezimmer. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr großzügig. Der Besitzer ist sehr gastfreundlich und bei Fragen stand er jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Tolles Haus, schöner Urlaub.

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und ein paar Tipps für die Erkundung der Insel gegeben. Das Haus war sauber und lies keine Wünsche offen. Kras ist zentral gelegen, so dass mann alle Ziele der Insel gut erreicht. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

High-end vacation!

Wir (meine Eltern und ich) waren 4 Wochen in der Villa. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir Mühe, das Haus zu finden, weil die angegebebe Adresse nicht stimmt und auch andere genannten Adressen nicht zum Haus führten. Es steht zwar in der Beschreibung, ist aber wirklich wichtig zu wissen für die künftigen Besucher: Tomislav hat sehr tolle Bewertungen für andere Häuser- jedoch vermittelt Tomislav lediglich (also nicht beeinflussen lassen von positiven Bewertungen für andere Häuser von Tomislav). Wir hatten nach unserer Ankunft nur mit der Hausbesitzerin Daniela und dem Hauswart Stefan zu tun. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet; alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist eigentlich sehr ruhig; ein Nachbar hat aber einen kleinen Hund, der Tag und Nacht ständig bellt. Leider hatten wir während dem ganzen Aufenthalt Probleme. Ich habe Krebs im Endstadium und wir haben extra diese Villa gemietet, damit mein geschwächtes Immunsystem keinen Gefahren ausgesetzt wird durch Kontakt mit anderen Menschen. Die Besitzerin wusste diesen Zustand auch von Anfang an. Ich hatte nach 8 Monaten Chemo endlich eine Pause und wollte Erholung und Ruhe- hatte aber mehr Stress… Bei unserer Ankunft funktionierte das WC im unteren Stock nicht, weswegen zwei Tage nacheinander Arbeiter kommen mussten. Es wird Werbung gemacht für das Haus mit den beiden Pools (Innenpool sogar beheizt). Als wir ankamen war der Aussenpool extrem verschmutzt (keine Zirkulation, Wasser steht nur, alles sammelt sich) und alles andere als einladend. Der Innenpool war „beheizt“ auf 20 Grad und wurde nicht heisser, bis der Techniker mehrmals kam. Der Hauswart selbst hat zugegeben, dass er noch nie einen so schmutzigen Pool gesehen hat und die Besitzerin meinte dann, dass wir die ersten Gäste der Saison sind und deswegen nicht alles vorbereitet wäre (obwohl wir bereits vor Monaten gebucht und bezahlt hatten…). Erst am 5. Tag nach unserer Ankunft konnten wir beide Pools das erste Mal nutzen. Auf der ganzen Insel gibt es viel billigere Häuser ohne Pool; für mich war und ist es nicht verständlich, weswegen ich so viel Geld für 2 Pools ausgebe, diese aber 5 Tage von meinem Aufenthalt nicht nutzen kann. Die Hausbesitzerin hat uns darauf versprochen, einen Teil für die Tage ohne Poolnutzung zurückzuerstatten. Trotz zwei Mal nachfragen ist diese versprochene Rückerstattung IMMER NOCH ausstehend… Da die Besitzerin das Haus verkaufen möchte, hat sie uns gefragt, ob ein Makler kommen und Fotos vom Haus machen könnte (während unserem Aufenthalt…), was wir abgelehnt haben. Ein paar Tage später hatte dann der Hauswart Käufer gefunden und uns erneut gefragt, ob diese das Haus besichtigen können… Es sind auch immer wieder kleinere Sachen passiert, die insgesamt einfach nicht ok waren wie zum Beispiel: Hauswart kam am Dienstag zur Poolreinigung, fragt ob er „morgen oder übermorgen“ den Rasen mähen darf. Er kommt dann aber ohne Benachrichtigung am Pfingstsonntag um 8Uhr morgens… Vor unserer Abreise haben wir angegeben, dass unser Check-out um 10.00 Uhr sein wird; um 09.10 Uhr standen der Hauswart, 4 Putzkräfte und eine Freundin der Besitzerin vor der Tür… Das war leider das erste Mal für unsere Familie eine schlechte Erfahrung und wir können das erste Mal eine Villa nicht weiter empfehlen. Umso wichtiger war es für uns diese Bewertung zu schreiben; denn hätten wir vor unserer Buchung diese Infos von früheren Gästen gelesen, wäre uns dieser Stress erspart geblieben. Ich bin wieder zurück in der Chemo und finde es absolut nicht in Ordnung, dass ich während meiner Therapie mich noch um die fehlende Rückerstattung kümmern muss. Wir haben alles zum angegebenen Zeitpunkt bezahlt und es ist das Mindeste, dass auch wir die Rückerstattung endlich erhalten. Ansonsten sehe ich mich gezwungen, rechtliche Wege einzuleiten, da sowieso alles schriftlich gespeichert ist.
