Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set the thermostat to 60 degrees. If using air conditioning, turn it off. Dishwasher pods are under sink. Place all trash into the outside dumpster.
Turn all lights /TV off and the remote is placed on the living room coffee table. Ensure that all personal streaming accounts are logged out.
Ensure all exterior windows and doors are closed and locked properly. Make sure that the balcony door is closed and locked. Report any damages/malfunctions to management.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
