Chalet #18 is part of the iconic Chalet on the Lake resort that sits along the Lake Michigan shoreline and is surrounded by the natural beauty that defines this part of the coast. This 2-Bedroom / 1-Bath retreat sleeps six guests, has Lake MI views and is available for rental year-round. Guests also enjoy exclusive access to the Resort’s amazing amenities including sandy beaches, 3 pools, sports courts, beach volleyball, playgrounds, ponds and more.
THE SPACE
Chalet #18 offers a comfortable downstairs layout featuring a living area with a TV, a dining space for shared meals or a game night, and a kitchen with everything set up for cooking at home. A full first-floor bathroom includes a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Upstairs, both bedrooms pair a queen bed with twin bunks, giving families and groups flexible sleeping arrangements. Head out to the back deck for sunshine and gorgeous Lake MI views.

Two dedicated parking spaces make arrivals and unloading easy. Note that this home does not have a washer or dryer, but there is a laundromat nearby.

Guests have access to shared amenities that include three pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, shuffleboard, a beach volleyball court, and quiet pond areas. The sandy shoreline is the heart of the property, with an easy walk from the chalets to the water in every season.
Situated along the serene shoreline of Stevensville, the Resort also places you within moments of Southwest Michigan’s most treasured experiences. Spend your days exploring golden Lake Michigan beaches, boutique wineries, craft breweries, and farm-to-table restaurants that define the region’s coastal charm. Nearby St. Joseph and New Buffalo offer vibrant shopping, galleries, and seasonal festivals, while local trails, nature preserves, and orchards invite peaceful outdoor adventures.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.
All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.
The minimum age to rent this home is 25.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party, up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
