Tolle Lage und eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat eine klasse Lage, fußlĂ€ufig ist sowohl Netto als auch Strand und die Innenstadt super zu erreichen. Zur Wohnung. Sie st super aufgeteilt, fĂŒr 4 Personen 2 große Doppelbetten. HĂŒbsch ist auch die Inneneinrichtung anzusehen. Jedoch kam nach nĂ€heren hinsehen ein paar kleine notwendige Ausbesserungen zum Vorschein. Angefangen das nicht genĂŒgend Tassen / GlĂ€ser fĂŒr 4 Personen vor Ort waren, mussten die GlĂŒhbirnen gewechselt werden, weil sie kaputt waren und am Ende war leider auch die Dusche undicht.. ABER Die Agentur war sehr bemĂŒht die Schwachstellen schnell zu beseitigen. U fĂŒr die Dusche gab's schnell zusĂ€tzliche HandtĂŒcher 😉 Dennoch finde ich, die Wohnung muss vorher geprĂŒft werden und solche "Kleinigkeiten" mĂŒssen nicht wĂ€hrend einer Vermietung behoben werden. Abschließend sei noch darauf hingewiesen, dass im Flur das Licht nur ĂŒber einen Bewegungsmelder angeht..was fĂŒr uns wĂ€hrend der Herbstzeit leider wenig passend war. Zusammenfassend Wenn die MĂ€ngel behoben sind, ist es eine hĂŒbsche Wohnung mit eigentlich allem drum und dran.
