Chalet 39 - Camping Stelleplas

The fully equipped Chalet 39 is located at the Stelleplas camping and holiday park (Heinkenszand, 7 km from Goes). The Stelleplas campground is situated in Zuid-Beveland, in the heart of the beautiful, water-rich province of Zeeland.
The chalet offers every comfort: shower, toilet, TV, radio, refrigerator, microwave, and heating, and is situated on a separate lot.

At the Stelleplas recreation area, you can rent bicycles and go-karts, and there are playgrounds and a boules court. There’s also a bread roll delivery service, a snack bar, a restaurant, and a laundromat.
Would you like to spend time at the campground? The entertainment team, which is on site during peak season, will keep your children entertained.
On the edge of the campground, in the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the heated municipal outdoor pool and the Stelleplas fishing lake.

The immediate surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for day trips for young and old alike.
Water (and the beach) is always close by here: the North Sea (20 min by car), Veerse Meer, Oosterschelde, and Westerschelde (10 min by car), the Stelleplas fishing lake (5 min), and the outdoor pool (2 min)!
The tides with mudflats that dry out, picturesque little tidal harbours, sea air, sea breezes, and screeching seagulls: you can experience all this on the shores of the Oosterschelde and Westerschelde.
Zuid-Beveland is a valuable cultural landscape: large and small dikes, “Stellen” (flood-protection mounds), channels, and “Welen” bear witness to the fact that land has been reclaimed from the sea for centuries. There is still plenty of peace and space here, and you’ll find beautiful cycling and hiking routes.

Goes (pronounced “Chuus”) has a rich history, reflected in its numerous monuments and historic buildings. There has been a market in Goes every Tuesday since the fourteenth century, but you can also enjoy wonderful shopping here on other days. Goes’ markets and shops are well-known throughout the wider region.

Be sure not to miss Middelburg, Zierikzee, Zoutelande, Westkapelle, and Domburg. The new Westerschelde Tunnel offers a great opportunity to visit Zeeuws-Vlaanderen and Bruges (wonderful!) in Belgium. The city of Antwerp is also worth seeing.
