Villa Vanja

This beautiful holiday home is located in a peaceful area, in the center of Medulin, not far from the sea. Terrace with swimming pool, barbecue area, free parking and WiFi is what makes this house attractive to many guests. The house is modernly furnished and fully equipped to accommodate 6-8 people. It provides three spacious matrimonial bedrooms, and the main bedroom even has its own bathroom. The living room offers the possibility of sleeping two more people on extra beds and has access to a beautiful terrace. Kitchen is separated and furnished to the highest standards. It includes refrigerator, electric burners, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine and machine for filtered coffee, electric kettle and toaster. The house has two bathrooms with shower and one toilet. The space is air-conditioned from the living room and upstairs hallway. You also have washing machine, TV/SAT and outdoor grill where you can enjoy making barbecue in the company of your family and friends. Parking is ensured in the fence closed courtyard. Pets are not allowed.
NOTE: house is not suitable for groups of young people. A security deposit in the amount of 200,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.
