The spacious “tom Brok” apartment (100 square metres; accommodates up to 6 people) features two bedrooms (with box-spring beds), a separate entrance, and an utility room. The living area, furnished with exclusive pieces in a modern Forsthaus style and featuring a cosy sofa (which can be used as a sleeper sofa for an additional fee) and armchairs, boasts an elegant gas fireplace, a smart TV, a soundbar, and Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen, with its large dining table, is perfect for cooking together in the evening. The country-style kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and filter coffee maker with a built-in grinder, is fully stocked with every imaginable small appliance—from a kettle, milk frother, espresso maker, and toaster to a wide variety of high-quality cooking utensils.

The elegant, naturally lit bathroom features two sinks, a spacious bathtub, and a walk-in rain shower.
