Charming garden house with terrasse and pool

Live in a charming little house of your own. Through floor-to-ceiling glazed double doors, you can enjoy the view of the garden and pool under an old fig tree.
The flat was completely renovated in 2020 and is modernly equipped, but has retained the charm of the traditional construction. Open and transparently furnished, it offers you plenty of space. The large shower and WC are separate. The open kitchen and the living area are well equipped. Flat screen TV and WiFi are at your disposal. The bedroom offers a king size bed with quality bedlinen.
Your large sun terrace with dining table, sun loungers and parasol is surrounded by pine trees and oleander. The pool is shared only with the owners.
In the idyllic wine growing village of Caux you will find a restaurant, bar, café and various small shops for your daily needs. The lively town of Pézenas is 8 km away and offers you many shopping opportunities, artists' studios, handicrafts and restaurants.
Explore the varied landscape of the Hérault from this wonderful holiday home. The sea , the mountains of the Haut-Languedoc or Béziers with its beautiful cathedral are all about 30 minutes away.
Your hosts also live on the grounds and are at your disposal for tips on excursions and other information, but otherwise let you enjoy your holiday in peace.

Fabulous place

Ina and Aron are excellent hosts, and this is a super property. Everything you need is included, very generous welcome, very clean, very well equipped, very comfortable, private with our own outside spaces and super pool. Ina and Aron are very nice and friendly, accommodating and discreet. Easy walking distance to the village. Highly recommended.

Sehr schönes Appartment in privatem Garten

Sehr herzlicher Empfang ( Kühlschrank war bereits gefüllt). Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Im Ort (10 Minuten Fußweg) gibt kleine Bars und ein nettes Restaurant - und viele Möglichkeiten, Wein zu kaufen. Schöne Ausflugsziele sind nicht weit entfernt.Vielen Dank an Ina für die tolle Woche.

Pure Erholung

Ein schönes kleines Haus mit allem, was es für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Gastgeberin ist stets hilfsbereit und diskret. Ein Ausflug ans Meer oder ins Hinterland ist von der Distanz her kein Problem. Ein idealer Ort, umgeben von Weinbergen, welcher für einen Ferienaufenthalt weiterempfohlen werden kann.

Perfektes Feriendomizil für zwei Personen

Wir haben unsere Zeit in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Gartenhaus sehr genossen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen in der Umgebung, lädt aber auch zum Verweilen unter schattigen Pinienbäumen und am Pool ein. Wir haben Ina als sehr aufmerksame, rücksichtsvolle und auf unsere Privatsphäre bedachte Gastgeberin kennengelernt. Auch haben wir uns bei unserer späten Ankunft sehr darüber gefreut, im Kühlschrank Butter, Joghurt, Käse, Milch, Eier und Wein vorgefunden zu haben! Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage in den Weinbergen. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die uns mit Wein und Käse empfangen hat und sich um alles kümmert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wunderschöner Garten, in dem man ein immer ein schattiges Plätzchen findet. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und ans Meer. Wir haben Radtouren mit unseren e-Bikes gemacht auf geteerten Wegen durch die Weinberge. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Gite in wunderschöner Gegend umgeben von Rebbergen

Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Top ausgestattet, durch die grossen Glasfronten sehr hell und freundlich, mit Geschmack eingerichtet, viel Stauraum, super bequeme Matratzen. Der grosszügige Garten mit schönem und gepflegtem Pool lädt zum Baden und Verweilen ein. Abends im schönen Vorhof eine Runde Petanque… perfekt. Die schöne Umgebung rund um Caux eignet sich sehr gut um die unzähligen pitoresken Dörfer zu besuchen und „en passant“ bei einem der vielen Weinbauer ein, zwei Gläser Wein zu degustieren. Sehr erwähnenswert sind die herzlichen und wunderbaren Gastgeber Ina und Aron! Zwei tolle und kreative Menschen mit vielen guten Tipps und Ratschlägen. Eine Wohlfühloase in jeder Hinsicht!
