Welcome to the 2-room holiday rental 8035 "Ostseehus," Apartment 1 (ground floor, left), which accommodates up to 3 people (including a toddler) in the Ostseehus four-family house. This apartment is located on the ground floor and features a spacious south-facing terrace with seating. The proximity to the Grömitz promenade is a major highlight of this holiday rental. Holiday Rental No. 1 is located on the ground floor and accommodates up to three people. The living space of this approximately 50 m² apartment is divided into a living/dining room with an open kitchenette (the kitchenette was renovated in 2020), a bedroom with a double bed (2x90 x 190 cm) and a large closet, as well as a bathroom with natural light featuring a shower and toilet.
The living room is furnished with a cosy seating area (convertible into a bed; 140 x 200 cm), a dining area, a TV, and the kitchenette—from here, you have access to the south-facing terrace and the garden. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a coffee maker, a 4-burner stove, and a toaster. Just a four-minute walk to the beach.
