Great value for the physical unit, and everything as described and met our needs. Beautiful mountain location with great view of the lake and about 15 min from a local state park beach. Adults and kids alike LOVED the game room in the basement! However, interior of cabin was VERY hot when we arrived, and newly installed AC (remotely controlled) was not adequate to cool entire (3 level) cabin. Also, AC became increasingly noisy through the night till by 5:00 AM we texted host to ask to please turn it off. Repeatedly tried to contact host via texts and voicemails, but had no response until after 10 AM, so was frustrating not being able to communicate in a timely manner. He immediately tried to contact someone to service the unit, but this was on July 4th :( He did tell us where to find a 2nd portable AC unit in the cabin, and that was plugged in and this did help to some degree. I'm sure they will get the AC situation fixed, and I don't fault them for this, but the communication should have been better.

Very remote house. Very curvy and winding mountain road. Driveway was very steep and small. Do not take low clearance vehicles with out AWD

We love looking at the beautiful lake and have space up in the mountains.

What makes this property unique

The Property isn’t right in town it’s 10 minutes from town in the mountains, not many neighborhoods. Recommend 4WD or AWD.
