Cozy vacation apartment (46 m²) with a large garden and lawn for sunbathing

Our quiet holiday rental on the lower level, measuring 46 square metres, is suitable for 2 adults and 1 toddler up to age 6 (in the available cot). The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living-dining area. The cosy living area, featuring a couch and a flat-screen TV with internet access, invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchenette, complete with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, has everything you need. The en suite bathroom (accessible directly from the bedroom) is equipped with a shower. From the sunny south-facing terrace, which you can reach from the dining and living area, you have direct access to the garden and a magnificent view of Bodenmais and the Silberberg. A second bathroom is located outside the holiday rental and is available exclusively for your use. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house for doing your laundry. Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer. A prepayment of 100% of the total price is due at least 14 days before arrival. Check-in is available starting at 2:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Individual arrangements are possible upon request. Keys are provided via a key safe. (The code will be sent to you before arrival.) Pets are not allowed. A cot is available free of charge upon request. The visitor’s tax is charged separately. (Adults 16 and older: 3.60 EUR; children/teens ages 6–15: 1.80 EUR)
