Originally named the Old Massachusetts House, this not-so-typical-cabin-in-the-woods, was built around 1718. It was first built as a simple farmhouse and located on Route 1 in Northport, Maine. After two moves from its original location, it now sits atop the hillside behind the Red Barn Marketplace property with picturesque ocean and island views. Winding steps lead to this newly renovated cabin that exudes charm and warmth. The cabin features beautiful hardwood floors, a cozy modern kitchen, a large barhroom with a walk-in marble shower and heated slate tile floors. A second floor queen sized ship captains bed and a twin day bed. Original hand-hewn wood ceiling beams and a large wrapped porch with panoramic views complete this perfect, private retreat- all with your comfort in mind.

Sleep in comfort on a brand new ergonomic foam mattress for maximum comfrter and breathability.

Relax in comforter. If you prefer meals in, you'll enjoy cooking in this brand new kitchen or grilling on the deck while taking in the view. The dining area has a large farm table to gather around for a meal, puzzle or evening game.

Wonderful hiking all around with a short distance to Camden Hills State Park, LIncolnville beach, downtown Camden with restaurants, farms, lakes and so much more to explore.
