# 03 The FUHRMANN SUITE in the ANNO DOMINI 1716

Holiday Rental The FUHRMANN SUITE is our top-of-the-line deluxe suite and is leased on a long-term basis to a company for its managers’ visits. The agreement allows us to offer the suite to our other guests during periods when it is vacant.
Perfectly equipped with a box-spring bed in the bedroom, a cosy extra-large sofa bed in the living room, thick leather sofas, a balcony, a large, fully equipped kitchen-living area, and a spacious, naturally lit bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

The APARTMENTS are perfectly equipped with cosy, comfortable box-spring beds suitable for people with allergies, a spacious shower/toilet, a fully equipped kitchenette, Wi-Fi, and TV/radio; some feature a large balcony. The courtyard offers storage space for bicycles; vehicles can be parked in the 24-hour monitored underground garage, located 3 minutes away, or in the free Mainkai car park (about an 80-meter walk).

Wagnergasse itself is reserved exclusively for resident traffic, which guarantees an incomparably peaceful atmosphere right in the heart of the Old Town.

We are animal lovers, but out of consideration for our other guests and our own cats and dogs, we can only allow pets upon prior request and must charge €15 per day for your pet.

All apartments are strictly NON-SMOKING; however, you may smoke on the balcony and in the partially covered patio.

PLEASE NOTE: We are a non-smoking property—a fine of €150 will be charged for rooms and €250 for suites/apartments in the event of a violation of the smoking ban.
