About this property

#09 The TENNENBODEN in the year 1716 A.D.

A quiet, cosy, and comfortably furnished deluxe apartment on the upper floor of the former stable building, which houses a total of 6 apartments. In the cosy, solid box-spring double bed, you’ll sleep in the utmost comfort under down comforters that maintain a pleasant temperature, and let the rising sun wake you; in the evening, enjoy the heavenly tranquility of the idyllic courtyard. All our apartments are equipped with a kitchen; the double-occupancy apartments feature a kitchenette with a stove, dishwasher, and all necessary appliances; the suites feature a full kitchen, equipped with everything from a stove and oven to a dishwasher.
As throughout the entire building, underfloor heating is installed here as well, providing a pleasantly even distribution of warmth. In keeping with the style of the building, sun-yellow roller blinds on the windows facing the inner courtyard provide privacy, while the hardwood floors make the rooms pleasant to walk on and are just as easy to maintain as the bright, inviting bathroom area.

Right next to the apartment complex, you’ll find the Mainkai Promenade, perfect for strolling and sunbathing; there’s also a well-run international restaurant with sun terraces, a lounge, and a vaulted cellar. Just 80 metres further up, the market square is lined with several restaurants—ranging from Chinese and Greek to one of the best Franconian brewery taverns, the Bräustüble. You’ll also find bakeries, butchers, and all other shops for your daily needs within walking distance around the market square.
