This vacation rental duplex penthouse is located in the Ondina neighborhood of Salvador, offering ocean views from the 10th floor, steps from the beach and situated on the Carnaval route, next to Camarote Brahma.

Spread over two levels, the apartment offers a distinctive stay, combining ocean views with everyday practicality. The location allows guests to enjoy the waterfront, seaside promenade and nearby beaches on foot, with easy access to restaurants, bars, markets, and essential services.

During Carnival, the apartment stands out for its strategic location, ideal for guests who want to enjoy the events with comfort and easy mobility, without long distances, in one of the most sought-after areas of the celebration.

The apartment features a welcoming entry hall with a sofa and minibar, as well as a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and a floor drying rack, offering practicality throughout the stay. The property includes two full bathrooms with a shower and window, one of them also featuring a hair dryer, in addition to a guest restroom with an exhaust fan. The en-suite bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, blackout curtains, and a 33" smart TV, while the second bedroom offers air conditioning, blackout curtains, a 33" smart TV, a full-length mirror, an ironing board, and an electric iron. The living room is comfortable and air-conditioned, with a sofa, floor lamp, and a 50" smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner electric cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, sandwich maker, capsule coffee machine, blender, and a complete set of cookware, ideal for meal preparation. As a special highlight, the gourmet area features air conditioning, a private pool, a barbecue grill with air extractor, patio umbrella, beach chair, and cooler, providing the perfect setting for leisure and relaxation.

Located within a club-style condominium, you will have direct access to the beach, where you can enjoy the crystal-clear ocean waters. In addition, the condominium offers an excellent leisure area with shared swimming pools, a barbecue area, a well-equipped gym, sports courts, and more, providing opportunities for both relaxation and recreation. Guests have access to the shared pool area with views of the Ondina coastline, as well as to the amenities available within the complex, including the pool and gym. Use of the barbecue area and party room requires prior reservation and payment of a condominium usage fee. Please note that the maintenance team will need to access the apartment during your stay to carry out cleaning and maintenance of the private pool. The shared pool is usually closed on Mondays for maintenance and water treatment, and it may also be closed on other days as determined by the condominium management. During the Salvador Carnival period, parking access is restricted due to municipal traffic regulations, and the guest parking space will not be available for use.
