The 45 m² holiday apartment (FeWo 04) is located on the ground floor and, with one bedroom and a total of two rooms, can accommodate up to four people. In the living area, a sofa, armchairs, and a dining area invite you to relax; on cooler days, the wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere. The open-concept kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, and kitchen utensils. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

From the balcony, you can enjoy your time off in the fresh air. The garden is also available for use, and a sauna is available for shared use. Wi-Fi, a TV with the full SKY package, and a radio are provided. The apartment is a non-smoking property; up to two pets are welcome. There is a private parking space for your vehicle.

The sandy beach and the sea are about 400 m away. Restaurants are about 300 m away, and shopping is about 400 m away. The location in a village on Rügen is ideal for both relaxing days at the beach and active pursuits: Walking, jogging, biking, and hiking are just as enjoyable as swimming, diving, and other water sports.
