About this property

This one bedroom/one bathroom typically rents 25% to 50% less than other one bedrooms in the resort offering value-conscious guests an opportunity to stay without a higher price tag. This is the largest of the one bedroom units and has a full kitchen, large breakfast bar, dining area for four, living room with queen sleeper sofa, 55" flat screen TV, and wood burning fireplace. The king bedroom is newly renovated with a TV. Enjoy direct Aspen mountain views from both balconies -- one off of the living area and the second off the bedroom.

The Gant is one of Aspen’s premier condominium resorts just three blocks to the main lift and downtown. It is set on five beautifully landscaped acres at the foot of Aspen Mountain with high speed wireless internet, laundry on-site. The Gant offers private tennis/pickleball courts, two outdoor heated pools year-round, three outdoor hot tubs, gas grills with lounge area, fitness center, and access to nearby golf.

Guests are able to use the private shuttle service provided to/from the airport and in downtown Aspen although the ski lift and town are just steps away. In addition, there is a $5-million conference with Pepperjack's specialty café, panoramic rooftop deck with views of Aspen Mountain and flexible indoor/outdoor meeting space for conferences and special events.

Excellent location

Walk to restaurants and shopping, walk to the gondola, walk to great hiking/trailheads, shuttle service to and from the Aspen airport - no rental car needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

A+ Aspen Accommodation

Our stay was excellent. Large bedroom, living room was comfortable, fully stocked kitchen and the fireplace was great. The restaurant, pool and hot tub was a short walk. We walked into downtown Aspen to explore the town, shop and have dinner.

I fell in love with Aspen on my first visit which lasted all of four hours and vowed one day to own an apartment here. I just purchased this unit this spring and look forward to coming out to enjoy Aspen's natural beauty year-round. Every season offers something special and if you appreciate nature, culture and, of course skiing, you too will love it here.

Why they chose this property

Having just sold another property, I chose to purchase at The Gant because of the amenities available on-site including very private location with two balconies, mountain views, and fireplace which is stocked with wood for the winter months. The unit is the largest one bedroom available at The Gant so it provides extra living space for a family or small group.
