Zentrale Lage im Ort (dadurch aber auch leider etwas lauter wegen Ver- und Entsorgungsfahrzeugen des direkt benachbarten Restaurants - auch die Ablufteinrichtung dieses Restaurants war während der Öffnungszeiten permanent hörbar). Einfache aber ausreichende Ausstattung. Parkplatz und Fahrradstellplatz direkt am Haus.
