In der Unterkunft fanden wir das Bad sehr schön und vor allem euren Service.
Ob das die Bettwäsche die Handtücher oder die Kleinigkeiten wie die Geschirrtücher und die kleine Küchenbox mit Utensilien war , das fanden wir klasse.
Wir haben uns auch sehr über das Kochbuch gefreut.
Ihr macht einen tollen Job. Danke dafür.

Der Kontakt war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist hochwertig, aber etwas aus den Jahren gekommen. Uns hat es aber für eine Ferienwohnung gereicht und die Lage ist ruhig, direkt am Strand und mehr wollten wir nicht und da wir das Anwesen kennen, uns auch dafür entschieden. IWir würden wir da wieder buchen.

Guten Tag und Danke für den ausgezeichneten Service. Ein kleines und ein größeres Anliegen wurde prompt erfüllt (fehlender Wäscheständer , defekter Kühlschrank).
Und wie von der Dame bei der Schlüsselübergabe an der Rezeption versprochen ("Morgen kommt der Sommer"), kam der Sommer. Und blieb bis fast zur Abreise. In der Nacht vor der Abfahrt wurde dann die Tiefgarage vom Objekt Eldena geflutet.
