Our very comfortable and recently renovated house (completed in late 2016) is perfect for both summer and winter stays. The beautiful sun terrace (completed in March 2017) and the garden (350 square metres) invite you to unwind and relax.<br><br>The Location<br>This exclusively furnished holiday home is located in a holiday home community in Stahlbrode off the coast of Rügen, just about 70 metres from the Greifswald Bodden. Stahlbrode is a small, unspoiled fishing village in the municipality of Sundhagen and is centrally located in Northern Vorpommern, about 12 km from Stralsund and Greifswald. From the Stahlbrode harbour, you have a direct ferry connection to the Baltic Sea island of Rügen. You can buy fresh bread rolls as well as fresh or smoked fish at the harbour (about 1.5 km away); the nearest shopping area is in Reinberg (about 4 km away).<br><br>Amenities<br>The holiday home, with approximately 50 square metres of living space, has been extensively renovated. It features one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and another bedroom with a corner bunk bed. The comfortable kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop with 4 burners, refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, filter coffee maker (filter size 4), electric kettle, and toaster. A spacious dining table right next to the wood-burning stove invites you to enjoy long conversations and meals in a cosy atmosphere.<br>The cosy living room in the bright sunroom invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen TV (satellite). The entire living area, as well as the shower room, are equipped with underfloor heating. <br>Unwind in the beautiful beach chair at the end of a day spent exploring.<br><br>Special features<br>In this non-smoking holiday home, we offer free Wi-Fi (fibre optic). Your four-legged friends are welcome here and can relax in the fenced-in garden. An initial set of bed linens and towels must be booked with this accommodation and is already included in the final price.<br>A parking space is located right next to the house.
