Die Wohnung ist großzügig und liegt im Obergeschoss. Drunter ist eine Kanzlei, über deren Router das W-Lan läuft, meistens tut es das stabil. Wenn nicht, reicht eine kurze Mail an den Vermieter. Zur Lage der Wohnung ist kein objektives Urteil möglich. Die zentrale Lage ist natürlich super, alles Nötige ist fußläufig erreichbar. Während unseres Aufenthalts ging allerdings wegen Sperrung einer Hauptstraße der gesamte Umleitungsverkehr an der Wohnung vorbei, was insbesondere morgens und spätnachmittags/abends nicht angenehm war. Der Balkon bekommt bis mittags Sonne. Vielleicht spendiert der Vermieter noch einen Sonnenschirm, damit die Butter beim Frühstück nicht weich wird? Ein weiterer Vorschlag wäre ein Wäscheständer, um Badesachen oder nasse Handtücher trocknen zu können. Alles in allem aber eine klare Empfehlung.
