Vernünftig ausgestattete kleine Wohnung im Souterrain einer fast 130 Jahre alten Villa mit aufmerksamen Gastgebern. Abzüge gibt es für den fehlenden Geschirrspüler, dem leicht muffigen Geruch in der Wohnung und die -weil verzogen- nicht komplett schließenden Zimmertüren.

Sehr schön hergerichtet Souterrain Ferienwohnung. Fussläufig zur Innenstadt. Perfekt Ausstattung und grosszügige Räumlichkeiten. mit grossem Garten und Terrasse Freundliche zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Leider war während unseres Aufenthaltes in der Wohnung permanent ein muffiger Geruch wahrnehmbar (Feuchtigkeit im Mauerwerk, hinter den Rigipsplatten ?). Wir haben aufgrund dessen während des Aufenthaltes immer die Fenster zum Lüfen offenstehen lassen. - Bis zum Morgen, wenn die Krähenkolonie im Schlosspark sich lautstark zu Wort meldete, um den Aufbruch von ihrem Nachtquartier anzukündigen. Der Vermieter meinte, dass der Geruch nur bei bestimmten Wetterlagen auftreten würde.

Angenehm. Tiefparterre. Daher etwas dunkel. Nicht jeder Raum ist modern eingerichtet… Lage am Schlosspark, schön ab vom Trubel, aber Innenstadt/Hafen fußläufig. Küchenausstattung sparsam, Gasherd (!). Neuer Eigentümer, wird vermutlich modernisiert…

Tolle Lage, sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt am Schlosspark. Mit unseren gemieteten Fahrrädern konnten wir direkt durch den Park ins Zentrum radeln. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, grosszügiger Grundriss, für zwei Personen perfekt. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es Gartenmöbel und einen Sonnenschirm. Platz um die Fahrräder abzustellen, ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain und ist somit relativ dunkel, das sieht man an auf den Anzeigebildern nicht direkt. Ausserdem roch es in der Wohnung etwas modrig, was auch mit ständigem Lüften nicht weg zu bringen war.
