The apartment is located in the beautiful Husum as well as other interesting destinations. During your stay you live in a freshly modernized, bright 80m² apartment with a roof terrace. The particularly quiet district of Rödemis, which is also known by the residents of Röms, guarantees relaxation and tranquility. The apartment offers enough space for up to four people (+ 1 toddler).

The apartment offers enough space for up to four people (+ toddler). In addition to two bedrooms, one with a double bed 1.80mx 2.00m and the second room with a comfortable, pull-out bunk. The rest of the newly designed apartment is divided into a modern fitted kitchen with a spacious, open dining area and a beautiful shower room. Enjoy the fresh North Sea breeze on a spacious, exclusive roof terrace. The apartment is on the 1st Upstairs and is accessible by stairs. The apartment itself has a barrier-free design. The nearby Husum city center offers shopping opportunities (walking distance in approx. 15 minutes) as well as the Husum industrial area. If you have any questions, we are of course happy to help. We are looking forward to your visit.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Wir hatten ganz tolle Tage, die Altstadt und der Hafen sind absolut sehenswert mit vielen Geschäften die zum Bummeln einladen. Sehr schöne, ruhige und saubere Ferienwohnung. Zentral gelegen für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Friedrichstadt, St. Peter Ording, Seebüll, Flensburg, Inseln ab Nordstrand zu erreichen). Husum ist eine überaus hübsche, gemütliche Kleinstadt mit viel Kulturstätten - absolut sehenswert! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche.

Eine tolle Wohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub in Husum und Umgebung

Wir haben den Sommerurlaub mit unseren Kindern in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer, einer großen und gut ausgestatten Küche und einem wirklich schönen Badezimmer für eine Familie sehr gut geeignet. Diese Wohnung ist in einem hervorragendem Zustand und scheinbar erst vor kurzem komplett renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet worden. Dazu gibt es eine große Dachterasse über der Garage, auf der man bis zum Sonnenuntergang die Sonne genießen kann. Die Vermieter sind unaufdringlich und wirklich sehr nett und vor allem auch kinderfreundlich. Wir haben Viele gute Tipps und Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, etc. erhalten. Die Wohnung liegt in dem ruhigen Vorort Rödemis, zu Fuß ca. 1,5km (mit Kindern ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Zentrum/Hafen von Husum, mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten). Auch viele weitere Ziele in der Umgebung sind von dort aus gut erreichbar. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen!

Superschönes Objekt in guter Lage

Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll renovierte Wohnung im Obergeschoss, die eigentlich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Den einzigen kleinen Abzug gibt es von uns für das Sofa, dass sozusagen Einzelsitze hat. Wenn man abends mal längs auf der Couch liegen will geht das halt einfach nicht, aber das ist natürlich unser persönlicher Geschmack. Ansonsten alles topp mit einem tollen Vermieter, der uns seine Hilfe bei jedweden Fragen anbot und dazu noch zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein + eine Flasche Wasser mit einer supernetten Karte im Wohnzimmer platziert hatte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen

Die würden wir wieder nehmen

Die Wohnung ist groß, geräumig, und dabei wohnlich eingerichtet. Sie umfasst das komplette Obergeschoss mit Fenstern in alle Richtungen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist zwar etwas abseits und die Treppe etwas steil, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Klare Empfehlung! Besonders für Fans origineller Türstopper!

Gut ausgestattete Fewo in gepflegter Umgebung

Die Fewo liegt in einem sehr ruhigen und gepflegten Teil Husums (Rödemis). Sie ist sehr geräumig (2 separate Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Esszimmer, geräumiges Bad mit Dusche, hinzu kommt eine ca. 40qm große Dachterrasse). Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, top gepflegt, sauber und gut ausgestattet (vor allem die Küche). Sehr ruhige Lage, mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten am Hafen Husums, fußläufig in 20 Min am Bahnhof, in 25 Min in der Innenstadt / am Hafen. Husum ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den Inseln Sylt, Föhr oder Amrum bzw. zu den Städten St-Peter Ording, Tönning, Friedrichstadt oder Büsum. Mit dem Zug kann man auch problemlos nach Westerland / Sylt oder nach Hamburg gelangen. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich und effektiv.
