Just outside Sylt, this two-story holiday home has been restored with great attention to detail in a Nordic style. It features five bedrooms and can accommodate up to 13 people.

Location
The North Sea is just a short walk away via the Altdeich from the house—about 900 metres—and the Südwesthörn North Sea swimming area is only 4 km away.
Horsbüll is part of the municipality of Emmelsbüll-Horsbüll and is ideally located for your excursions:
- You can reach Sylt in 20 minutes (4 km to Klanxbüll; from there, take the train to Westerland)
- Discover the islands and Hallig world of North Frisia (ferries to Föhr/Amrum from Dagebüll, to the Halligs from Schlüttsiel)
- Experience the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site barefoot and up close through a variety of interesting, guided mudflat hikes
- The Danish border is only 10 km away. Here, we recommend not only enjoying an authentic Danish pølser but also taking a trip to Møgeltønder to visit Schackenborg Castle with its impressive castle gardens
- Get to know the Baltic Sea as well: a trip to the beautiful fjord city of Flensburg is always worth it!


Amenities
This 210-square-meter holiday home offers plenty of space for a large family. The six bedrooms accommodate up to 15 guests: the first bedroom has a 140-meter-wide bed, the second bedroom has a bed measuring 180 x 200, the third bedroom has a loft bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200), on the upper floor there are two bedrooms (180 x 200), another bedroom with a bed (170 x 200), and a sleeper sofa (160 x 200) in the living room with satellite TV. In total, the house has 6 separate bedrooms (sleeping 13 people) and a sleeper sofa in the living room (which serves as a walk-through room). We provide an initial set of bed linens and towels free of charge for this accommodation.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the large living room with a wood-burning stove and satellite TV, as well as a large dining table that seats everyone. The cosy and comfortably furnished kitchen invites home cooks to get creative. It is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker (filter size 4), and much more.
The spacious and stylish bathrooms with showers round out the picture. The amenities also include a washing machine. The house features a large, fenced-in garden with mature trees, a play area for children, and a patio with outdoor furniture where you can unwind at the end of the day.

Special Features
The large, fenced-in garden (fence height: 1.70 cm; the hedge is even over 2 metres high) offers plenty of space for adults, children, and pets. We’re happy to provide you with free Wi-Fi. Bicycles can be stored in the bike garage. Parking is available right next to the house.
Children under 3 years of age stay with us for free.
For 5 or more guests, an additional €15 per night will be charged.
For bookings of fewer than 5 nights, a short-stay fee of €125 will be charged.
