Wohnung mit Mängeln

Schlüsselübergabe hat zunächst nicht wie besprochen geklappt. Es fehlten dann auch noch die Kurkarten. Betten durchgelegen. Eine Dusche nicht nutzbar, da kaputte Türen. Schimmel im anderen Bad. Wäscheständer durchgerostet. Parkplatzsituation teilweise schwierig. Man muss schon mal auf Seitenstraßen ausweichen. Buche ich nicht nochmal.

Garten und Wohnung

Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr gut aufgeteilt. Minus für, dass es nur einen Kleiderschrank gab. Als Kissen für Ausziehsofa, wurde eine Decke und ein Kissen der Couchkissen einfach mit Kopfkissenbezug genommen. Die Terrasse ist ungepflegt und der Strauch sollte mal gestutzt werden. Die Duschtüre ließ sich nicht komplett schließen, daher war der Boden immer nach dem Duschen nass. Der Duschkopf sollte auch mal gewechselt werden. Für die Harley Days war das soweit ok.

Sylt 2023

Nachdem die Schlüsselübergabe nicht reibungslos geklappt hat ( falscher Schlüssel hinterlegt), fanden wir ein sauberes, nettes Appartement vor. Leider fehlte es an den Details: die Betten war weich und durchgelegen und es fehlten Leselampen. Im Bad fehlten Handtuchhaken, das Waschbecken hatte einen Sprung, die Dichtung der Duschtüren fehlte etc.. Der Hinweis auf das Verbot zum Streamen von Filmen war völlig unnötig, da das Internet nicht einmal ausreichte um Google Maps zu laden, was relativ entscheidend ist, wenn der Vermieter keine Unterlagen über die Insel im Appartement auslegt.

Tolle Lage!

Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr schön. Allerdings sollte der Eigentümer mal vorbeigehen. Es gibt ein paar unschöne Dinge: Der Mülleimer im oberen Bad ist defekt, ebenso funktioniert die Duschtüre nicht mehr. Die Wohnung ist mit Lamellenvorhängen aus Metall ausgestattet. Diese sind zu einem großen Teil verbogen. Die Gardinen in den Schlafräumen sind zwar schön anzusehen. Aber auf Grund der Wegebeleuchtung die sich vor den Fenstern befindet, ist es in den Schlafzimmern fast taghell und ein Schlafen daher nur sehr schwierig möglich.
