***An Important note for our November 2025 guests: The City of Toledo is doing road work in front of the home. There may be times where the driveway is hard to access. There is street parking near by. Even though this is something we as the homeowner cannot control, we understand this may be frustrating to some of our guests and wanted to be sure to properly prepare them before arrival.***

Renovated in late 2024 charming ranch shotgun style home built in 1902. Enter through the front door using an electronic lockbox. The first room to greet you is the warm living room featuring a sectional couch, end tables, coffee table, reading chair & 50 inch TCL smart tv. Use our Sling account (similar to basic cable) or stream your favorites like Netflix, Amazon etc.

Off the living room is a new dining area featuring 4 chairs and a circle table.

The front bedroom is staged as an office with a work desk & chair. FREE Speedy WiFi through Buckeye!

Off of the living room is br #1 (blue decor) w/ a new full sized bed with memory foam mattress, cozy white sheets & new comforter and blankets. There is a blackout curtain & a closet in this room w/ hangers and a luggage rack.

The kitchen is a knockout. Brand new white shaker style cabinets, granite counters, Stainless steel 4 piece appliance pkg including dishwasher and over the range microwave. We provide ice trays, a teakettle and a brita pitcher. The sink has a pull down sprayer.

We provide a Keurig coffee machine. For our guests convenience there is also basic pots and pans, cookie sheet and cooking utensils. There are also plates, bowls, silverware etc. We also have a toaster and knife set.

Off the kitchen is bedroom #2 (red decor). Has a full sized bed w/ memory foam mattress, cozy white sheets, new comforter and blankets. There are black out curtains & a closet in this room w/ hangers and a luggage rack.

The bathroom is also all new w/ a medicine cabinet, vanity w/ marble top, deep soak tub & subway tile shower. There is a blow dryer.

Our guests are welcome to use the new stackable washer and dryer located on the first floor. Light cleaning products are onsite for our long term guests.

The rear yard has a new concrete patio w/ 2 chairs and a center table.

There is a brand new central ac unit, new replacement windows, and a carbon monoxide detector for guest peace of mind.

*Please be aware that the city of Toledo says they will be doing road construction on Wright Ave during normal business hours starting in September 2025.*

This home is a short drive to locations such as Toledo Zoo, Toledo Museum of Art, Glass City Center, Stranahan Theatre I75 and 475 & more! This home is located in South Toledo, on Swan Creek Ravine.

Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.

Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early.

By booking our home you agree to not smoke anywhere on property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping and E-Cig. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked a $250 fee will be imposed.

By booking our home and bringing pets you agree to be a responsible pet owner and follow all local leash laws. You agree to pick up after your pet and understand that a $100 fee will be imposed if it is confirmed that your pet had accidents in the home or was not picked up after. You agree to pay for any pet damages.

Please keep in mind that staying at an VRBO is different than a hotel. The usual nightly rate of this home is less than $90, although it can be higher during weekends/holidays while sleeping 6 guests. We stand by our home being less costly than a local hotel room while accommodating more people and being pet friendly. We ask that guests be kind when it comes to leaving reviews. VRBO reviews of 4 stars or less can result in the listing getting kicked off of the platform. We are open to honest feedback. We do our best to allow pets and provide an affordable & clean home. Our homes are historic, and sometimes behave accordingly. Thank you for not leaving a bad review over something disclosed in our ad.
