The space
Recently renovated townhouse with a full kitchen and laundry (washer /dryer). Located steps away from excellent restaurants. One mile away from the historic Marsh Walk with water activities, bars and restaurants, and live music. One and a half miles from the Atlantic Ocean. Eight miles away from beautiful Pawleys Island. Centrally located for all your adventures!

The space
Bedroom 1 - Queen-sized bed, side tables with drawers for clothes and lamps; ceiling fan; 50” smart TV; closet with hanger’s and luggage rack; vanity closet with table, chair, make-up mirror and hair dryer.

Bedroom 2 - Queen-sized bed; side tables and lamps with USB charging ports; ceiling fan; 42” smart TV; closet with luggage rack, hangers and drawers for clothes; portable crib.

Sunroom – New queen size sleeper sofa (gel mattress with no middle bar); work desk; TV. Electric fireplace

Living room - Sofa, two club chairs, large coffee table for playing games, bar cabinet with assorted wine and cocktail glasses; built ins with extra blankets and pillows; 50” Smart TV with complementary YouTube TV. Netflix, Hulu and other apps available with your own log-in.

Kitchen - Full refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, sink, stovetop and oven, microwave, toaster oven; Keurig coffeemaker (regular coffee maker with pot in cabinet) with complementary coffee, creamer, and sugar substitutes. Mugs, plates, bowls, cutlery, knives, basic kitchen utensils, cutting boards, pots, pans, baking dishes, and cleaning supplies. Amazon Alexa for listening to music.

Full Bathroom - Recently renovated bathroom upstairs with bathroom linens, and hand soap.

House rules - Please be respectful. If anything is damaged, please let us know so we can address it. Smoking is not permitted indoors. (If smoking, please smoke on the back patio).

Parking: There is parking directly in front of entrance to townhouse.

Pets allowed with pet fee. $50 per stay
