A signed rental agreement is mandatory for your stay.

Monthly cleaning and inspection is mandatory

A $250 deposit for damages will be placed on hold and returned after 7 business days from check out, less any damages.

There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet, no pets over 45 pounds allowed. Pets included are cats and dogs only.
Early Check-In Fee of $75.00
Late Check-Out Fee of $75.00
Non-refundable Pet Deposit $250 per pet, pets must be either ESA or service animals per the HOA.
All pets must not use any type of pee pad in the property, pets must be house trained to not go the the bathroom in the house. Cats must be declawed.
Refundable Security deposit of $250 will be placed on hold 3 days prior to check out and refunded less any damages after 7 business days from check-out
No smoking within 15 feet of the building per the HOA
