📝 Age Requirement, Rental Agreement & Guest Registration 📝



The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay. After booking, the primary renter must sign a rental agreement and provide your party’s information for HOA registration.



Community registration is required for access and includes a fee based on the number of guests (age 6+) and vehicles.



After booking, you’ll receive a form to provide the following:

• Names of all guests (age 6+)

• Vehicle make, model, year

• License plate number(s) & issuing state



You will not be able to access the community without being registered.



The community does not allow same-day registration so we cannot accept same-day bookings.

💰 ARROWHEAD Community Registration Fees (Charged by HOA, Not Host) 💰



Temporary membership fees are mandatory and is assessed to all rentals for guests age 6 and up. These fees are collected by owner and paid to the HOA. **NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY**



**In Season = Memorial Day to Labor Day**

• Overnight Guests and Day Guests (In-Season): $8.50 per person per day

• Overnight Guests and Day Guests (Off-Season): $2.00 per person per day

• Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle

• Transaction/Processing Fee: $20



Registration and payment must be completed at least 3 days prior to arrival. Late registrations (less than 3 days before arrival) are subject to a $100 late fee.

Please check the community website (Arrowhead Lake PA) for information pertaining to pool schedules, community events and other helpful info.



Upon arrival all guests are required to complete a registration form for security and emergency purposes as our property is situated in a private gated community. The guest registration form will request the full names and ages of each guest in your party, as well as vehicle and driver information, including the license ID number of the main registrant and the plate numbers for each vehicle entering the community. Please ensure that the names on the submitted forms match the legal ID of the person driving.

Our home is in a semi-wooded area near the lake. You may see deer, small animals, and occasionally bears. Insects are also common in this environment—despite regular professional pest control, some may be present, especially in spring.

Please keep noise levels reasonable, especially outdoors. We want to maintain a serene environment for all guests and respect our neighbors.

Rental agreements required for stay.

Gated community will only allow entry with PRINTED vehicle registration and valid driver's license. No digital versions or photocopies.

The Neighborhood:

Your stay is located in the private, gated Arrowhead Lake Community, one of the Poconos’ most popular year-round destinations. Guests enjoy access to two beautiful lakes, three sandy beaches, outdoor pools (seasonal), playgrounds, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and miles of peaceful walking trails. The community is quiet, friendly, and perfect for families, couples, and anyone looking to relax in nature while still being close to nearby attractions, skiing, hiking, and restaurants.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended when staying in Arrowhead Lake, as the community is spread out and public transportation is limited. All roads within the community are paved and easy to navigate, and parking is available at the home as well as at the beaches, pools, lodge, and other amenities. Major Pocono attractions—like skiing, hiking, restaurants, and shopping—are within a short, scenic drive.



Other Things to Note:

We love to keep our property in pristine condition. To do so, we ask you to choose between two property protection options for your stay. A fully refundable security deposit of $499 or a damage waiver of $39. A link will be sent post-booking to complete.
