Hi Michael,
I’m glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall, but I’m really sorry about the parking situation—that’s definitely frustrating. Our check-in instructions do note that guest parking should be in the designated Visitor Parking areas. Only Reserved spots require a parking sticker, which result in towing if not followed.
That said, I completely understand how this could have been confusing, and I apologize for the inconvenience it caused. If anything is ever unclear, I’m always happy to help in real time to avoid situations like this.
